About Project
Undertook "SUBARU" official Smartphone site for Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. In addition of basic contents as same as the PC site, the Smartphone site appeals and provide values for specific services and contents. Our goal was to create a Smartphone site which make people want to access.
Solution
Besides existing SUBARU users, we stressed approaching user groups who have interests and have considered the purchase, and designed lead tracks "centering on cars", especially for information of SUBARU cars that are target of the users. The site top page is a SUBARU lineup, and its UI, which utilizes a characteristics of Smartphone, is distinctively different from other competitors' site tops. Moreover, it contains rich contents, such as online "Self-Estimation", "Catalog Request" which installed EFO to support users' form entry, and "Dealer Search" using GPS function.
In terms of operation, we installed CMS which enables reducing stresses in operation, improving maintenance ability and operation flows which used to be decentralized.
