About Project
In the project with Hosoda Corporation, we undertook a facilitation of the internal rebranding, also the website renewal which include the strategy setting, planning and production.
Solution
In the work of rebranding, we conducted hearing to every department and questionnaires for every employee, then shared the company's current issues. After that, we organized workshops to redefine the company's intrinsic strength, future vision, and values that the company can contribute to society, in order to clarify the company's mission statement. Contents of the workshop was compiled to a booklet to be shared among employees.
In the website renewal, using the company direction defined in the rebranding phase, we set creative words such as "Stability, Reliability" as the strength and "Comfort, Openness" as future goals - designed the company's representational guideline. Lastly, we solved a lack of clarity in the prior site by reorganizing lead tracks to encourage user movements.
